Why do greenhouses use shading nets

Shading effect: The shading net reduces the light intensity inside the greenhouse, and the higher the density specification, the better the shading. Similarly, black shading is better than silver gray shading.

Cooling effect: The temperature inside the greenhouse has decreased due to the coverage of shading nets, and the cooling range of the surface and soil cultivation layer is ideal. From 10am to 2pm, the temperature in the upper part of the greenhouse is 37-40 ℃ higher, while the temperature around the surface plants is 22-26 ℃, and the soil temperature is between 18-22 ℃, making it suitable for crop growth.

Moisture conservation and rainstorm prevention: evaporation in the shed is reduced, the soil moisture content is higher than that in the open land, and the topsoil is wet. As the shading net can decompose rainstorm into drizzle, the vegetable leaves will not be injured by rainstorm, and the soil is not easy to harden, with large porosity and good ventilation.

Therefore, many greenhouse Vegetable farming usually choose to cover the greenhouse plastic film with a sunshade net during the planting process. In this way, the sunshade effect is better, which is more favorable for crop growth.

Summary:

Shading effect: The shading net reduces the light intensity inside the greenhouse, and the higher the density specification, the better the shading. Similarly, black shading is better than silver gray shading.
