Maintenance methods for outdoor furniture


Daily maintenance: Use a clean soft cloth to regularly wipe the paint surface, and do not let the furniture come into contact with acid, alkaline chemicals, and oil.

Burn marks: Cigarette butts or unextinguished matches leave burn marks on the paint surface of furniture. If the paint surface burns, you can wrap a layer of fine grained hard cloth on the match stick or toothpick, gently wipe the marks, and then apply a thin layer of wax to fade the burn marks.

Scald marks: white burn marks are carelessly left on the paint surface of furniture, which can be wiped with a cloth wetted with alcohol, Florida Water, kerosene or tea. If it cannot be removed, it is best to repaint the surface.

Scratches: If the paint surface of the furniture is scratched and does not touch the wood under the paint, it can be painted on the wound surface of the furniture with crayons or pigments of the same color as the furniture to cover the exposed background color, and then coated with a thin layer of transparent nail polish.

Water stains: You can cover the marks with a damp cloth, and then carefully press the wet cloth several times with an electric iron to fade the marks.
